EngenderHealth Announces Two New Executive Team Members
December 21, 2022 (WASHINGTON) – EngenderHealth is pleased to announce that Alex Morris and Robyn Sneeringer have joined the organization’s executive team as vice president of human resources and chief of staff, respectively. Together they have decades of leadership and experience in fields including gender equality, human resources, organizational development, and sexual and reproductive health and rights.

As vice president of human resources, Alex Morris is responsible for directing and managing the global HR vision, mission, and strategy. He brings over 25 years of experience in HR, including more than 15 years of executive leadership experience, with expertise in large-scale human capital projects; diversity, equity, and inclusion; organizational and leadership development; employee and labor relations; and change management. Prior to joining EngenderHealth, Morris served as chief people officer at Edelman Global Advisory and served in a senior leadership role at Save the Children US. He has also served in HR roles for government agencies, health systems, and technology firms.
As chief of staff, Robyn Sneeringer serves as key advisor to the CEO, providing strategic leadership and ensuring the implementation of organization-wide priorities. She brings 20 years of experience working at the intersection of gender equality, human rights, reproductive justice, and women’s health. Prior to joining EngenderHealth, she served as deputy director for Program Advocacy and Communications at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and in leadership roles at the Puget Sound Affiliate of Susan G. Komen and as a senior advisor at Ipas. Earlier in her career, Sneeringer was a management consultant to the pharmaceutical sector and the federal government.
