Robyn Sneeringer
Robyn Sneeringer is Managing Director of Strategic Growth & Engagement at EngenderHealth, where she oversees the organization’s global portfolio for fundraising, communications, brand strategy, and philanthropic partnerships. She serves as a senior advisor to the CEO, guiding organization-wide strategic initiatives, mission alignment, and long-term revenue and reputation growth. With 20 years of experience spanning gender equality, human rights, global health advocacy, and organizational transformation, Robyn has led high-impact strategies across Africa, Asia, and the U.S.
Before joining EngenderHealth, she served as Deputy Director for Program Advocacy and Communications at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she shaped global strategies on family planning; maternal, newborn, and child health; and primary health care. Her previous leadership roles include the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Ipas, along with earlier work as a management consultant to the pharmaceutical sector and U.S. federal government. Robyn earned her MPH in health management and policy from the University of Michigan and her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
