Transforming Family Planning Training in Ethiopia: Enhancing Healthcare Provider Competencies and Continuous Professional Development Through Blended Learning

To address persistent gaps in family planning provider competencies in Ethiopia, EngenderHealth and the Ministry of Health launched a national blended learning program integrating eLearning with hands-on clinical training. The approach improves continuous professional development while aligning with the revised national family planning curriculum. This scalable model strengthens the health workforce and enhances family planning service delivery nationwide.
