Strengthening Referral Pathways: Enhancing Community Engagement for Improved Linkages from Rural Communities to Health Facilities in Jimma and Borena Zones — Insights from the REACH Project in Ethiopia

Presented at the International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP 2025), this poster highlights how EngenderHealth’s REACH Project in Ethiopia is strengthening community–facility referral systems to improve reproductive and maternal health. The project’s integrated approach links rural households, schools, and health workers, resulting in greater use of family planning, antenatal, and delivery services.
