Current Approaches to Following Up Women and Newborns After Discharge From Childbirth Facilities: A Scoping Review

Learn about effective methods for postpartum follow-up up to 1 year after childbirth. This scoping review, conducted by the EngenderHealth-led, USAID-funded MOMENTUM Safe Surgery in Family Planning and Obstetrics project, highlights the importance of follow-up visits after women have been discharged from the health clinic, leading to improved continuum of care and improved maternal and newborn health.
