Diane Bastin

Diane leads EngenderHealth’s Human Resources team, overseeing all aspects of global people management. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, employment law, talent management, and employee engagement. Prior to joining EngenderHealth, she successfully led international teams to design and implement customized initiatives to help drive change through agile transformation. She also designed effective talent acquisition strategies for international sourcing, recruiting, evaluating, and onboarding of qualified diverse candidates. She holds a juris doctor degree from Georgetown University and a master’s in applied economics and finance from the University of Antwerp, Belgium.
