Most recently serving as Chief of Staff, she has held various roles to support its leadership and team through its growth and evolution, to establish and streamline processes, and to harmonize crosscutting portfolios of work and operations.
Prior to joining FP2020, Smith worked on the United Nations Foundation’s Women & Population Team, with a primary focus on the Universal Access Project. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Youth, Adult, and Family Services from Purdue University and her Master of Science degree in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Georgia.
