EngenderHealth’s India team has been working to strengthen the systems of 144 health facilities to ensure they are fully stocked with available contraceptive methods during the pandemic. To date, the team has helped to resolve contraceptive stockouts at roughly 37 of those facilities.

And as the story goes—as it has too many times before—the devastating consequences are borne by mostly poor, rural women. It’s unconscionable.
