Reme Moya

Chief of Governance & Operations

Reme Moya brings more than 16 years of experience working in social development, women’s rights and governance for indigenous people affected by large-scale infrastructure projects. Moya has particular expertise working in challenging environments, including in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Europe, and her expertise spans the full project life-cycle, including in conducting social, human rights, and security risk analysis; developing conflict resolution programs and training; providing governance support to local governments, organizations, and communities; and designing and implementing multi-stakeholder engagement processes built to achieve local sustainable development goals.  Moya has also excelled a full range of project-related roles, including business development, operations, finance, and legal and human resources, as well as grants management and policy planning.

Moya has a law degree, has a master’s degree in business administration, and speaks eight languages. She brings great passion and commitment to advancing the interests of the women, girls, and communities that EngenderHealth strives to serve.
