Mustafa is responsible for the development of comprehensive strategies, policies, and guidelines for advancing EngenderHealth’s mission at the global, country, and local levels and plays a significant role in shaping the strategic agenda for the organization. He is a veteran international health and development professional and has more than 20 years of experience in managing integrated health programs and leading human rights policy and advocacy initiatives. Mustafa has a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Bachelor’s, with a concentration in International Development, from Hamilton College. Mustafa has first-hand experience in Tanzania, Bangladesh, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, and Vietnam.
