Case Study #1:

What sexuality and sexual health issues need to be explored in this case?

What information does this client need to have to make an informed choice regarding a contraceptive method?

Case Study #2:

Ms. Q is a 17-year-old visiting your clinic complaining of a vaginal discharge. During discussion with Ms. Q, you find out that she is being sexually abused by her uncle and has not been able to tell anyone for months for fear of being kicked out of her home. Case Study #4:

Ms. V is eight months into her first pregnancy. She is coming to you for her regular prenatal visit. She complains of vague pains in the abdomen at night that she thinks are caused by sex. Ms. V says that her husband is constantly pressuring her for sex; he finds her very desirable. But Ms. V is afraid that sex will hurt the baby, plus she cannot figure out how they can “do it” with the size of her belly. On examination, you find no evidence of complications or signs of labor.
