AVSC International has forged a close, multiyear alliance with a new European nongovernmental organization, Reproductive Health Alliance Europe (RHAE).

RHAE will provide technical assistance to support reproductive health care and build partnerships with governments, academic institutions, and organizations in Europe and the developing world. It is based in the United Kingdom.

Before starting work with RHAE, Chief Executive Peter Hall had a distinguished career with the World Health Organization, leading initiatives to introduce new contraceptives and reproductive health techniques in developing countries.

RHAE shares AVSC's commitment to transferring technical expertise to counterparts in the countries where the two organizations work.
