Teresa Edenholm, M.I.A., M.P.H.

Teresa Edenholm has more than 20 years of experience in family planning and reproductive health programming. Most recently, she worked with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in planning, monitoring, and evaluating UNFPA-funded programs worldwide. Prior to joining UNFPA, Ms. Edenholm worked with International Planned Parenthood Federation Western Hemisphere Region, providing technical assistance to family planning associations in Latin America and the Caribbean. She also served as Program Director of Inter-American Parliamentary Group, an NGO that advocates on population issues among elected officials in Latin America and the Caribbean. Ms. Edenholm is based in Chile, where she runs a boutique adventure travel hotel business. She has a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and a Master’s Degree in Public Health, with a specialization in Maternal and Child Health, from the University of Chile.
